Woke up feeling more tired than when i went to bed,made ot to the bathroom (just), then on way back..CRASH...on the floor,why? what? how? i don't know,other than i stumbled and hit the deck.

Having found enough energy to go down to the supermarket,which is only just down the road from me, and where, if i go, i go early so it's quietish. Made it there ok only to find the eight (8) disabled spaces were all taken, one by an electrical contractors white van! and one without a blue badge on at all.

If my body was a car,i would be trading it in for a newer model. I've got bumps,dents and scratches all over me. My headlights are all out of focus, my gearbox is seizing up and it takes me hours to reach maximum speed.
