Hi everyone,
I decided to give an Aqua fitness class a try yesterday and found it good so thought I'd tell you about it. For anyone who doesn't know it's like an aerobics class in a swimming pool. The water supports you so there's less impact on your joints than a class on dry land. Another benefit of being in the water is that no-one can see if you're doing it right or not It was a 45minute session and I'm certain if I'd been trying to do the same exercises on dry land it would have been a miracle if I lasted 15 -------------------- Cara x

Thanks for your advice Cara/Dianni - Kennel club website has been really useful as has the NCDL site. Sounds like you both get a lot of pleasure from your dogs, emotional support too.
