This may be a silly question. I had an MRI done in my spine to look at the bones, they found DDD. Would it be a different type of MRI to look for MS lesions?
Hi, does anyone else get differing types of numbness? It's usually in the same places, that is my leg, bum, foot, side of nose and lip, and sometimes down the middle of my back. Sometimes it feels kind of prickly or tingly numb; other times it feels achey or painful but still numb; I often get itching, and when I scratch parts go numb; today I have a cold numbness. I've had the heating on and am well wrapped up even though I'm indoors, but it doesn't alleviate the cold feeling. Rubbing it doesn't help. My bum is freezing (sorry to be so graphic) so even though my balance is crap today and I have a headache, I'm going walkabout around the house every few minutes, in case it's a circulatory thing. So, I'm getting a bit of tidying up done at the same time haha.
I just wondered if others on here who suffer numbness get differing types that seem to come and go? Jan. xx.
Hi All
I read 1 in 700 chance of getting MS, well in my small town of the 200 that were in my school year 3 of us have it and 2 are male that I know of. So there must be places where it is pratically unheard of, where is the place to live where you are least likely to have Ms in the Uk?
Take care
Peter
