Resources - How to submit a link

If anybody has a suitable link for the Resources Directory, please send it to me by PM and I'll add it if it's appropriate.

What is appropriate:

  • Links to recognised charities or organisations.
  • Look at the type of links already in the directory and see the sort of sites linked to for an idea of the type of site we'd add.
  • It goes without saying that links must be related or helpful to MS.
  • If it's a link to a site for products or services, it must be one you've had positive personal experience of. When submitting your link, you must describe your positive experience - this will remain private and will not be entered in the listing.

What isn't appropriate:

  • Links to news or similar items. These are "here today, gone tomorrow" links and are better posted in the forum as a topic.
  • Links to personal blogs or websites.
  • Links to social sharing sites.
  • Links advertising a product or service you are personally involved in, or in which you have any form of vested interest, unless it's a recognised or official MS related site.

Most importantly: the directory is not an advertising medium. It's there to provide help and information about MS.

About Us

Founded in 2004, MS People UK is a community website and discussion forum by and for people with Multiple Sclerosis as well as for friends, families, supporters and those interested in this disabling condition.

If you’re newly diagnosed or want to ask about possible first symptoms, or if you’ve had Relapse Remit, Secondary or Primary Progressive MS for some time, a welcoming group of fellow MS sufferers is here to chat with you about MS symptoms, diagnosis and treatments.

The atmosphere is friendly whilst being compassionate, supportive and caring. Members also post about a variety of subjects not related to MS, as well as share jokes, talk about their hobbies, have fun, and more.

The MS People Forum is not responsible for advice or information supplied by members. We suggest you seek medical advice before trying anything.
