A woman walked up to a little old man rocking in a chair on his porch.

"I couldn't help noticing how happy you look," she said. "what's your

secret for a long happy life?"

"I smoke three packls of cigarettes a day," he said. "I also drink a case

of whisky a week, eat fatty foods, and never exercise."

"That's amazing," the woman said. "How old are you?"

"Twenty-six!" he said.

Take care bfn Angela

Norma,

There is no need to become all bitter and twisted because you are ageing!

Grow old gracefully.............there is nothing more offputting than someone trying to pretend to others that they are younger than they are!

Take care and best wishes,

About Us

Founded in 2004, MS People UK is a community website and discussion forum by and for people with Multiple Sclerosis as well as for friends, families, supporters and those interested in this disabling condition.

If you’re newly diagnosed or want to ask about possible first symptoms, or if you’ve had Relapse Remit, Secondary or Primary Progressive MS for some time, a welcoming group of fellow MS sufferers is here to chat with you about MS symptoms, diagnosis and treatments.

The atmosphere is friendly whilst being compassionate, supportive and caring. Members also post about a variety of subjects not related to MS, as well as share jokes, talk about their hobbies, have fun, and more.
