Hi all,

I've just come back from catching up with a friend I haven't seen for two years. Spoken to her on phone but just how life goes sometimes couldn't meet up. Legs really heavy today but didn't want to worry her so used a stick. Just so nice to chat and hear what she's been doing and I've caught her up with what's been going on with me. We've promised each other to meet again in a few weeks, cause we could have stayed and chatted longer. Just what I needed today!

John aka Stumbler (as I do fall over!)

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming... "Wow! What a ride!"

I recently did the same, with good friends it's amazing that you can pick up so easily, the time passes so quickly.

Glad you had a lovely catch up

I saw a friend at christmas who I hadn't seen for 31 years - last time was at primary school where she was my best friend. It turns out her ex-husband also has MS.

Funnily enough she went to the same secondary school as my brother and they were also friends but without her knowing that he was my brother hehe

And she hadn't changed a bit!!
