Procrastinating
Stumbler

I have, Peter , and I'm presently taking 1,200 mg per day.

Heaven knows why I'm trying to protect my brain function, when the rest of me is failing! :what:

Has it helped anything for you, John? Did you have any side-effects to start with, such as gastrointestinal issues?

As far as I'm aware, it's an investment for the future.

I don't feel any better and I've been on it a few months, but I've had no gastrointestinal issues. Perhaps I'm buying sugar capsules..... :what:

    • Lineolic Acid - Omega 6

Hi all   I had a probable diagnosis last April following 2/3 potential problems/ relapses in the previous 6 months. Researching the condition, I found the following (well, I saw an earlier version):   http://www.mstrust.org.uk/downloads/linoleic_acid.pdf   I've been following this advice since April and have had no further major problems. And as an added side effect with taking oil of evening primrose my PMT has improved dramatically as has the condition of my skin.   Has anyone else increased their linoelic acid intake & if so what was your experience?   T101

About Us

Founded in 2004, MS People UK is a community website and discussion forum by and for people with Multiple Sclerosis as well as for friends, families, supporters and those interested in this disabling condition.

If you’re newly diagnosed or want to ask about possible first symptoms, or if you’ve had Relapse Remit, Secondary or Primary Progressive MS for some time, a welcoming group of fellow MS sufferers is here to chat with you about MS symptoms, diagnosis and treatments.

The atmosphere is friendly whilst being compassionate, supportive and caring. Members also post about a variety of subjects not related to MS, as well as share jokes, talk about their hobbies, have fun, and more.
