I forgot to say... I used to work on an EMI Unit...

It stands for "Elderly Mentally Ill"

lmao! oh It did make me chuckle... I hope you aren't all those things Belle...

(I think I can fill the "Mentally Ill" part half the time)

Hi Skatty

Oh, I do so wish you much luck! Everyone here has in my absence said all that could be said. Lula is quite right about the MRI - a single MRI of the brain is not enough, I had the same thing and it took me 2 yrs to push for a 2nd brain MRI and a full spinal one too, which is what gave me my DX.

As for EMI - that's a recording company, LOL. Might it have been either ENT for Ear, Nose and Throat specialist, or EMG for ElectroMagneticGraph (or some such thing)?

Thanks Marina,

Yes, hopefully I will not be sent off to EMI, my singing voice is pants :lmao:

And then there's the other one..... might have to take my birth certificate for that one! :rofl3:

No seriously I am hoping all these smaller things may help to paint the bigger picture. I will not push just yet for further scans/ LP, I do not feel up to it just yet, I am a big baby sometimes  Plus I have'nt got the energy just yet. Trying to pace myself and build up some strength, I have been laid up in bed quite a bit recently. Feeling a bit pants, to be honest. My mind is still lively though, even if it is not always communicated propery! :hairraising:

O.X.O.

Skatty.

Hi everyone, hope you are ok,and survived Christmas. I've just fed up waiting for my results, now also dealing with the big M. I need to wait till the 12th of Jan. Why can't they just tell me if i have MS or not. All symptoms are related to the Menopause and MS,so i don't know which one to blame it on. I'm jumping from this Forum to the Menopause Forum looking for answers. I know i'm moaning again. Thank you all.
