Survey of MS services in England and Wales

Two years ago, in partnership with the Royal College of Physicians (RCP), the MS Trust conducted a survey of MS services across England and Wales to assess the impact of the NICE MS Clinical Guidelines published in 2003. The results were not encouraging. Together with the RCP, we used the results to good effect to lobby for change with government, gaining widespread media coverage.

 

We are now repeating the exercise and we want it to be bigger and better! Rather than a paper-based questionnaire, the new survey is web-based so that larger amounts of data can be handled. Rather than six key areas, we can cover the whole of England and Wales ( NICE of course doesn't cover Scotland or Northern Ireland).
