Hi - I think I'm being a bit dim but every time I try to add a photo to show up when I post comments it doesn't work.

I have a picture there when you go into my profile but I'm not sure why even though I've done it in both photo sections it doesn't save it???

Anyone had the same problem and know how to solve it?? :butterfly:

Hi Loopy,

The picture that you need to set for it to appear beside your posts is the "Avatar". You can either choose one from the library or upload your own. Nb there is a restriction on the size of picture you can use so perhaps this is part of the problem.

Hopefully these posts from the How to use the forum - FAQ section will help you out.

What are Avatars?

Photos and sizes of photos

Hope this helps :lol4:

About Us

Founded in 2004, MS People UK is a community website and discussion forum by and for people with Multiple Sclerosis as well as for friends, families, supporters and those interested in this disabling condition.

If you’re newly diagnosed or want to ask about possible first symptoms, or if you’ve had Relapse Remit, Secondary or Primary Progressive MS for some time, a welcoming group of fellow MS sufferers is here to chat with you about MS symptoms, diagnosis and treatments.

The atmosphere is friendly whilst being compassionate, supportive and caring. Members also post about a variety of subjects not related to MS, as well as share jokes, talk about their hobbies, have fun, and more.

The MS People Forum is not responsible for advice or information supplied by members. We suggest you seek medical advice before trying anything.
