Hi All,
I made a website to help me keep track of my injections in the hope that they'd hurt less due to not injecting in hidden bruised areas (and it does!). I've like to share it with fellow MSers (and others if it's useful to them!).
I made it because there wasn't an app that I could use to take photos of my injection areas and track injection sites, (and add 'landmarks' like blemishes!) and have been using it since August last year and am very pleased with it!
Have a look, I'd love some feedback if you have the time? Injection Tracker for MSers
Thank you,
Jon
Hi,
I injected copaxone yesterday into my left arm. I didn't inject deep. In correct spot I'm pretty sure, you can't go wrong really. My left arm feels dead and I can hardly us it. Have anyone else had this with copaxone or other injections? Also, my thighs aren't great either, with bruising and huge welts. So I am now going to have to use my buttocks and tummy.....3 spots, that's it.
Hope someone knows!

Hi all. Thought I would bring you all up to date with me.
Had my rebif training today and did the 1st injection which I might add BLOODY HURT!!
had the injection about 11am once I did it the nurse couldnt get out of my house quick enough lol.
Felt very woozy about 5 minutes later but luckily enough cleaner turned up and took my mind off it. Wen she left I felt instantly shattered plus injection site still hurting. Still feel woozy and tired after an afternoon nap.
Well next next injection on friday.

In desperate need of advice! Ive been on avonex 3 months now, side effects have reduced and i love that its just once a week but im having the hardest time getting over self injecting anxiety, and it is getting worse, last week i had a big disaster and cried all night about it and havent been able to do it again. Im so desperate for it to work out because i like that its only once a week. Ive tried distractin myself with music, tv, chocolate
Hello fellow MSers :)
I have a question for all you people who also inject (I use the RebiSmart device to inject Rebif three times a week). I seem to have a problem with the injection sites on my stomach because where I have done my 2 injections thus far, this week, the injection sites have turned into the biggest and most horrid bruises imaginable. Plus they're sore. This has never happened before and I'm somewhat freaked out. I think I've hit a vein or something. I just need a bit of guidance / reassurance - it's the weekend, so I can't get hold of my MS nurse... so I'm here, asking for advice instead. Do I need to be worried? Should I do anything in particular? I've been following the injection schedule / rotation properly. I have another injection to do tonight, in my leg, but now I'm scared to do it in case the same happens with my leg....
Anyone got any thoughts?
This sort of isn't helping my anxiety disorder :S
Thanks a lot in advance!
